The LIFE FOSTER Manifesto to prevent and reduce food waste in the catering sector is out.
The LIFE FOSTER Manifesto that you can consult here was released as a draft during the webinar organized by FIC on 26th November 2020, and then defined in its details.
The main aim of the Manifesto is to raise awareness on the food waste, to promote political measures and at the same time to build a pro-active community of professionals from the restaurant industry and the education and training sector.
LIFE FOSTER partners, coordinated in this action by FIC, are now working on “Letter of commitments”, which will consist in a voluntary agreement focused on a list actions to be carried out by all the subjects involved in the catering sector in order to prevent and to reduce the food waste.
