On 26th November FIC – Federazione Italiana Cuochi (Italian Federation of Chefs) promoted the webinar “ The LIFE FOSTER Manifesto to reduce food waste in the catering sector”.
How to build sustainability in the catering sector?
How to reduce and prevent food waste in order to help our economies and our environment?
These important questions were addressed by a distinguished panel of speakers during the webinar, proposing a common Manifesto to cooks, professionals, specialists and politicians who want to take action against food waste at an Italian and European level.
Monica Verzola too was there to represent the lead project partner ENAIP NET and to share the importance of this first draft of the Manifesto, a key product of our European project LIFE FOSTER.
