“Preventing and reducing food waste is a priority for me and for the company where I work. With great pleasure I see that in recent years more and more, this approach to food is being felt, we are becoming more responsible. I think it is a worldwide movement and this is a very important aspect. I am the mother of two children who have followed the hotel studies, both work in the sector and seeing that they are already “set” on not wasting makes me very proud and hopeful in the future.”
