In view that this upcoming week is European Week for Waste Reduction, the Institute of Tourism Studies will be hosting a talk about the LIFE FOSTER project.

During the session, hosted by Mr Ronald Briffa and Mr David Pace, who are the ITS’ trainers on this project, one will learn innovative ways of how to reduce waste, especially in the foodservice industry.
This event is open to staff members, students and the general public.
