It is going to be a full-immersion week aimed to train a first group of trainers on food waste prevention technique.

The training is going to take place in ENAIP VENETO centre in Conegliano (Treviso), starting Monday 11th March and ending Friday 15th MarchUNISG experts and researchers will collaborate. It is a major event, marking the real beginning of the project! It is the first step to create an environmental positive ripple effect on restaurant industry.
