An International Gastronomic Competition promoted by UNISG – Università di Scienze Gastronomiche di Pollenzo open to all students from training centres that have joined the LIFE FOSTER project in Italy, France, Spain and Malta and have received the relevant training on food waste prevention!
The focus of the springtime challenge is on recipes that demonstrate the problem-solving skills of the participating students in designing recipes that are anti-waste but with a correct nutritional intake.
All LIFE FOSTER students are invited to participate!
